🧾 Refunds

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or not as described

  • The order was cancelled before shipping

  • A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error

To request a refund, please contact us at info@southeasttrading.ae within 7 days of receiving your item.

All refund requests will be reviewed within 2–5 business days.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

🔁 Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all labels, accessories, and manuals intact

  • The return must be requested within 7 days of delivery

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase

  • Opened or used personal care items, perishables, or customized products

🚫 Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Instead, please follow our return and refund process once the item has been delivered.
